摘要
大数据技术是一种新型的信息技术,它为传统计算机处理信息提供了新途径,使其在社会生活中发挥着更加重要的作用。文中从大数据技术下就业服务信息平台建设的现状出发,分析了当前我国就业平台建设存在的问题和不足,并在此基础上提出了基于大数据理论及相关方法进行人才需求规划、完善法律法规等建议,旨在构建一个高效便捷且具有针对性的人力资源管理体系,并为实现这一目标提供参考建议,从而促进我国劳动力市场实现健康、有序、可持续的发展。
Big data technology is a new type of information technology,which provides a new way for traditional computers to process information,making it play a more important role in social life.Starting from the current situation of the construction of employment service information platforms under big data technology,this paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the current construction of employment platforms in my country.And on this basis,it puts forward suggestions for talent demand planning and improving laws and regulations based on big data theory and related methods,aiming to build an efficient,convenient and targeted human resource planning system,and provide reference for the realization of this goal,so as to promote the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of my country’s labor market.
