摘要
刀具寿命预测是制造业中的重要问题之一。传统的预测方法在准确度和效率方面存在一定的局限。随着大数据分析技术的发展,越来越多的研究者开始探讨基于大数据分析技术的刀具寿命预测方法。文中主要介绍了大数据分析技术在刀具寿命预测中的应用,包括数据预处理、特征提取、预测模型和结果评估等。同时,通过实例分析,比较了传统方法和大数据分析方法的预测准确率,证明了大数据分析技术在刀具寿命预测中的应用具有广阔的应用前景。
Tool life prediction is one of the important issues in the manufacturing industry.Traditional prediction methods have certain limitations in terms of accuracy and efficiency.With the development of big data analytics technology,more and more researchers have begun to discuss tool life prediction methods based on big data analytics technology.This paper mainly introduces the application of big data analytics technology in tool life prediction,including data preprocessing,feature extraction,prediction model and result evaluation.At the same time,through example analysis,the prediction accuracy of traditional methods and big data analytics methods is compared,which proves that the application of big data analytics technology in tool life prediction has broad application prospects.
