摘要
目的分析血浆骨保护素(OPG)及白介素-37(IL-37)水平与冠状动脉硬化病变程度的相关性。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院心血管内科住院治疗并行冠脉造影检测的95例冠状动脉疾病(coronary heart disease,CAD)患者作为研究对象,根据管腔狭窄程度分为狭窄<50%非梗阻性CAD组(n=25)和狭窄≥50%的SAP组(n=24)、UAP组(n=23)、AMI组(n=23),另选取同期无CAD的25名健康者作为对照组。分析血浆OPG和IL-37水平与CAD患者冠状动脉粥样硬化严重程度的相关性。结果与对照组相比,研究组LVEDD、Gensini评分及OPG、IL-37水平均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组各亚组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示IL-37、OPG与Gensini评分和LVEDD均呈显著正相关(r_(IL 37-Gensini评分)=0.736、r_(IL-37-LVEDD)=0.808、r_(OPG-Gensini评分)=0.687、r_(OPG-LVEDD)=0.748,P<0.001)。结论OPG、IL-37水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化严重程度正相关,并且可能成为未来冠状动脉粥样硬化的预测因子。
Objective To analyze the correlation between plasma osteoprotectin(OPG)and interleukin-37(IL-37)levels and the degree of coronary atherosclerotic lesions.Methods 95 patients with coronary heart disease(CAD)who were hospitalized in the Cardiovascular Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College and underwent coronary angiography testing from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the degree of stenosis,they were divided into the non obstructive CAD group with stenosis<50%(n=25),the SAP group with stenosis≥50%(n=24),the UAP group(n=23),and the AMI group(n=23).Additionally,25 healthy individuals without CAD during the same period were selected as the control group.To analyze the correlation between plasma OPG and IL-37 levels and the severity of coronary atherosclerosis in CAD patients.Results Compared with the control group,the LVEDD,Gensini scores,OPG,and IL-37 levels in the study group were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,there was statistically significant difference between the subgroups in the study group(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed a significant positive correlation between IL-37,OPG,Gensini score,and LVEDD(r_(IL-37-Gensini score)=0.736,r_(IL-37-LVEDD)=0.808,r_(OPG-Gensini score)=0.687,r_(OPG-LVEDD)=0.748,P<0.001).Conclusion The levels of OPG and IL-37 are positively correlated with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis,and may become predictors of future coronary atherosclerosis.
