冷冻切片联合细胞学涂片在卵巢肿瘤病理诊断中的准确率分析

Analysis of the Accuracy of Frozen Section Combined with Cytological Smear in the Pathological Diagnosis of Ovarian Tumors

目的探讨在卵巢肿瘤病例诊断中采取冷冻切片联合细胞学涂片的效果,观察不同方式诊断卵巢肿瘤的准确率。方法选取2020年1月—2022年10月济南市第八人民医院病理科收治的110例疑似卵巢肿瘤疾病患者,所有患者均行手术治疗,术中留取肿瘤标本送检,分别采取冷冻切片检查、细胞学涂片检查,以石蜡切片检查结果作为金标准,统计冷冻切片、细胞学涂片检查以及联合检查的检出率、肿瘤类型符合率及诊断效能。结果冷冻切片检查检出率为85.45%,细胞学涂片检查检出率为91.82%,都低于联合检查检出率的99.09%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.067、6.125,P<0.05);与单一运用冷冻切片检查、细胞学涂片检查相比,联合检查运用准确率、敏感度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),单一检查与联合检查特异度均为100.00%。结论在卵巢肿瘤疾病的诊断中联合运用冷冻切片检查与细胞学涂片检查可提高检查准确率,能够为临床诊疗提供可靠的参考依据。

Objective To investigate the effect of frozen section combined with cytological smear in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors,and to observe the accuracy of different methods in diagnosing ovarian tumors.Methods From January 2020 to October 2022,110 patients with suspected ovarian tumors admitted to the Department of Pathology,Jinan Eighth People′s Hospital were selected.All patients underwent surgical treatment,and tumor specimens were collected during the operation for inspection.Frozen section examination and cytology smear examination were adopted respectively,and the results of paraffin section examination were used as the gold standard.The detection rate,tumor type coincidence rate and diagnostic efficiency of frozen section,cytology smear examination and combined examination were counted.Results The detection rate of frozen section examination was 85.45%,the detection rate of cytological smear examination was 91.82%,both lower than 99.09%of combined two examination methods,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2 )=13.067,6.125,P<0.05).Compared with the single use of frozen section technology and cytology smear,the combined use of the two detection techniques has a higher accuracy and sensitivity,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the specificity of both the single test and the combined test was 100.00%.Conclusion The combined use of frozen section examination and cytology smear examination in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors can improve the accuracy of the examination and provide a reliable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
