盐酸罗哌卡因在临床麻醉及疼痛治疗中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Ropivacaine Hydrochloride in Clinical anesthesia and Pain Treatment

目的分析临床麻醉及疼痛治疗中,盐酸罗哌卡因的实施效果。方法遵循随机对照原则,选取内蒙古自治区妇幼保健院2020年1月—2022年8月入院的手术患者96例,给予其中48例患者0.25%盐酸罗哌卡因,另外48例实施0.20%盐酸罗哌卡因,上述组别命名为对照组、研究组。分析两组麻醉效果、术后生命体征、不良反应总发生率、疼痛评分、麻醉优良率。结果研究组感觉阻滞恢复、运动阻滞起效时间、运动阻滞恢复均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后生命体征与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组(6.25%)不良反应总发生率低于对照组(20.83%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.359,P<0.05);研究组术后1、2、4、6 h疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组麻醉优良率(97.92%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.413,P<0.05)。结论0.20%盐酸罗哌卡因可以显著降低患者疼痛程度,镇痛效果较好,对相关不良反应具有抑制作用,缩短运动阻滞恢复、感觉阻滞恢复等时间,对疾病恢复进程具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of ropivacaine hydrochloride in clinical anesthesia and pain treatment.Methods 96 surgical patients admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected.0.25%ropivacaine hydrochloride was given to 48 patients,and 0.20%ropivacaine hydrochloride was given to the other 48 patients.The above groups were named control group and research group.The effects of anesthesia,postoperative vital signs,total incidence of adverse reactions,pain scores,and good and good rates of anesthesia were analyzed between the two groups.Results The sensory block recovery,motor block onset time,and motor block recovery in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant in the postoperative vital signs of the two group(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(6.25%)was lower than that of the control group(20.83%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2 )=4.359,P<0.05).The pain scores of the study group at 1 h,2 h,4 h,and 6 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The good rate of anesthesia in the study group(97.92%)was higher than in the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2 )=4.413,P<0.05).Conclusion 0.20%ropivacaine hydrochloride can significantly reduce the pain level of patients,has better analgesic effect,and has inhibitory effect on related adverse reactions,shortening the recovery time of motor block and sensory block has positive significance for the recovery process of the disease.
