保妇康栓配合雌激素软膏对糖尿病性阴道炎患者疗效及阴道微生态环境的影响

Effect of Baofukang Suppository Combined with Estrogen Ointment on the Effect of Diabetic Vaginitis and Vaginal Microecological Environment

目的分析联合保妇康栓与雌激素软膏对糖尿病性阴道炎患者的治疗效果以及对阴道微生态环境的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月滨州市第二人民医院收治的76例糖尿病性阴道炎患者为研究对象,随机均分为观察组与对照组,每组38例,两组均以糖尿病相关治疗为基础,予以对照组单一雌激素软膏治疗,予以观察组保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗,比较两组阴道炎症状积分、阴道酸碱值、生活质量评分、性激素水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者阴道炎症状积分、阴道酸碱值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的阴道炎症状积分、阴道酸碱值分别为(1.32±0.43)分、(4.28±0.21)均低于对照组的(2.36±0.36)分、(5.14±0.84),差异有统计学意义(t=11.432、6.123,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组性激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组均有改善,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病性阴道炎的临床治疗,联合应用雌激素软膏与保妇康栓可提升治疗效果,大幅度减轻阴道炎症状,促进阴道微环境的改善,减少不良反应,兼具安全性与有效性。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment on patients with diabetic vaginitis and its influence on vaginal microecological environment.Methods 76 patients with diabetic vaginitis admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Binzhou City from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups were based on the treatment of diabetes,and the control group was treated with single estrogen ointment,and the observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment.Vaginitis symptom score,vaginal pH,quality of life score,sex hormone level,therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in vaginitis symptom score and pH of vagina between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the vaginitis symptom score,vaginal pH in the observation group were(1.32±0.43)points and(4.28±0.21)lower than those in the control group(2.36±0.36)points and(5.14±0.84),and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.432,6.123,P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in sex hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,both groups showed improvement,and the improvement range of observation group was greater than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For the clinical treatment of diabetic vaginitis,the combined application of estrogen ointment and Baofukang Suppository can improve the therapeutic effect,greatly reduce the symptoms of vaginitis,promote the improvement of vaginal microenvironment,both safe and effective.
