奥司他韦在流行性感冒患儿中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Oseltamivir in Children with Influenza

目的探究流行性感冒患儿应用奥司他韦的治疗效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年4月山东省潍坊市临朐县人民医院收治的流行性感冒患儿100例为研究对象,依据随机数字表分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组采用豉翘清热颗粒治疗,研究组采用奥司他韦治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效、临床症状缓解情况、不良反应发生情况及炎性因子指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿临床症状缓解时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为4.0%低于对照组的8.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组TNF-α、CRP及IL-6水平均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流行性感冒患儿采用奥司他韦治疗,不仅可以改善患儿相关症状及炎性因子水平,也有利于提高患儿治疗总有效率。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of oseltamivir in children with influenza.Methods 100 cases of children with influenza treated in Linqu County People′s Hospital,Weifang City from August 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with Chiqiao Qingre granules,and the study group was treated with oseltamivir.The clinical efficacy,relief of clinical symptoms,occurrence of adverse reactions and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.0%lower than that in control group(8.0%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir treatment in children with influenza can not only improve the level of related symptoms and inflammatory factors,but also improve the total effective rate.
