异口恶唑环抗癌药物研究进展

摘要 肿瘤是当今人类的三大疾病之一,其发病率和病死率均较高。近年来随着医学科的发展及对癌症研究工作的深入,发现许多抗肿瘤药物已成为临床上治疗恶性肿瘤不可缺少的重要手段之一。异噁唑环类化合物由于具有较强的抑制癌细胞增殖作用而越来越多地被医药工作者们重视。本文就近年国内外有关文献报道进行了整理、分析、归纳。并从结构类型、药理活性等方面介绍了异噁唑类化合物。重点是在抗癌新药开发中应用较广的化合物。为今后进一步开发新的抗癌新药提供参考依据。同时也指出了该类药物目前存在的问题和改进方向,展望了其发展前景,促进我国抗肿瘤药物研发健康发展。 Tumor is one of the three major diseases of human today,with high morbidity and mortality.In recent years,with the development of medical science and the deepening of cancer research,it has been discovered that many anti-tumor drugs have become one of the indispensable means for clinical treatment of malignant tumors.Isoxazole ring compounds have been paid more and more attention by medical workers because of their strong inhibitory effect on cancer cell proliferation.This article sorts out,analyzes and summarizes relevant literature reports at home and abroad in recent years.The isoxazole compounds are introduced from the aspects of structure type and pharmacological activity.The focus is on compounds that are widely used in the development of new anticancer drugs.It provides a reference for the further development of new anticancer drugs in the future.At the same time,it also pointed out the current problems and improvement directions of this type of drug,and looked forward to its development prospect,so as to promote the healthy development of anti-tumor drug research and development in my country.
