摘要
目的:探讨高、低年资住培医生应用人工智能检出脑转移瘤的应用价值。方法:收集2021年12月-2022年12月在梅州市人民医院行颅脑MRI检查的54例患者资料。高、低年资住培医生采用独立阅片与应用AI阅片进行图像判读,两种阅片模式间隔两周的洗脱期。比较住培医生独立阅片和应用AI阅片对脑转移瘤的检出率及阅片时间。结果:低年资住培医生应用AI阅片对脑转移瘤的检出率为95.63%,高于独立阅片的85.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高年资住培医生应用AI阅片对脑转移瘤的检出率为94.66%,高于独立阅片的87.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低年资和高年资住培医生应用AI阅片的阅片时间均短于独立阅片,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高、低年资住培医生应用人工智能有助于显著提高脑转移瘤的检出率,并显著缩短阅片时间。
Objective To investigate the value of applying artificial intelligence(AI)to detect brain metastases by senior and junior resident training physicians.Methods The data were collected from 54 patients who underwent brain magnetic resonance examination in Meizhou People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022.Senior and junior resident training physicians used independent method and applied AI method for image interpretation,with a two-week washout period between the two methods.The detection rate and examination time of brain metastases between independent and applied Al method by resident physicians were compared.Results The detection rate of brain metastases by junior resident training physicians was 95.63%for the applied AI method,which was higher than that of 85.4%for the independent method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of brain metastases by senior resident training physicians was 94.66%for the applied AI method,which was higher than that of 87.86%in the independent method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic time of applied AI method were shorter than that of independent method for both senior and junior resident training physicians,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of AI by senior and junior resident training physicians helped to significantly improve the detection rate of brain metastases and significantly reduce the diagnosis time.
