Four-dimensional automatic left atrial quantification technology for evaluating left atrial phase function in hypertensive patients with different left atrial configurations

目的:探讨应用四维自动左房定量技术评价不同左房构型高血压患者左房时相功能的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月-12月佛山市第一人民医院收治的高血压患者123例,根据左房容积指数是否≥34 mL/m^(2),分为左房无明显扩大组(79例)及左房扩大组(44例)。另选取健康体检者38名为对照组,应用四维自动左房定量技术获取各组左房时相功能等参数。结果:与对照组相比,左房无明显扩大组的左房储备功能、通道功能下降,左房收缩功能保留;左房扩大组的左房储备功能进一步下降,左房收缩功能受损。结论:四维自动左房定量技术可在高血压患者左房出现重构前检测出左房功能下降。

Objective To explore the application of four-dimensional automatic left atrial quantification technology to evaluate left atrial phase function in hypertensive patients with different left atrial configurations.Methods A total of 123 hypertension patients admitted to The First People’s Hospital of Foshan from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into a group with non-left atrial enlargement(n=79)and a group with left atrial enlargement(n=44)according to the left atrial volume index(≥34 mL/m^(2)).Another 38 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The four-dimensional automatic left atrial quantification technology was used to obtain various parameters of left atrial phase function in each group.Results Compared with the control group,the left atrial reserve function and conduit function decreased in the group with non-left atrial enlargement,while the left atrial contractile function was preserved.In the group with left atrial enlargement,the left atrial reserve function further decreased,and the left atrial contractile function was impaired.Conclusion Four-dimensional automatic left atrial quantification technology can detect left atrial functional decline in hypertensive patients before significant remodeling of the left atrium occurs.
