坚持中国共产党的领导是我国乡村发展的特色,也是我国乡村治理的优势。农村基层党组织是党在农村的基础力量,培育文明乡风既是其重要职责,又是其提升能力和完善职能的重要途径。当前文明乡风培育是我国农村基层党组织建设的薄弱环节,面临着乡村凝聚力减弱、乡土文化功能弱化、乡风建设力量薄弱等困境,亟需农村基层党组织的思想引领、组织引领和农村党员干部的示范引领,激发农民群众创造美好生活的自主能力,形成文明乡风建设的合力。农村基层党组织引领、培育文明乡风,可从重建乡村共同体、打造乡土文化阵地、树立党员模范形象、激活农民的主体力量等方面,提升其乡风引领能力,确保乡村文明风气的形成。
