摘要
指向“乡村教师”的高校师范生定向培养,是推进乡村教育优质师资建设、助推乡村教育发展、协同乡村振兴战略的历史性重大课题。将乡土意蕴融入指向“乡村教师”的师范生培养过程中构建创新性培养路径,主要包含以乡村理解教育为主体重塑通识教育,以乡村教学版块为补充完善专业主干课程体系,以沉浸式体验为案例强化教学实践技能课程教学,以“回炉教育”优化学业评估与保障四个方面,高校应协同各方教育资源培养满足乡村真正需求的教师。
The targeted training of college normal students directed at“rural teachers”is a historic and important task to promote the construction of high-quality teachers in rural education,boost the development of rural education,and coordinate the strategy of rural revitalization.Integrating the local connotation into the training process of normal students directed at“rural teachers”to build innovative training paths mainly includes such four aspects as reshaping general education with rural understanding education as a subject,improving the professional main curriculum system with rural teaching section as a supplement,strengthening the teaching of teaching practice skills courses with immersive experience as a case,and optimizing academic evaluation and guarantee with“retraining education”.Universities should cooperate with all educational resources to cultivate teachers who meet the real needs of the countryside.
