新时代教育评价改革的文化治理路径 被引量:2

On the Cultural Governance Path of Education Evaluation Reform in the New Era

摘要 新时代教育评价改革是我国教育高质量发展的内驱动力,是实现教育现代化的重要举措。文化对教育评价具有深刻的影响,官本位文化、功利文化在一定程度上制约和阻碍了教育评价改革的实施进程与成效。文化治理视角下,新时代教育评价相关主体存在价值冲突,致使教育评价政策执行偏差;效率崇拜压制教育公平,导致学生本位的教育评价取向偏离。当前,应重构新时代教育评价文化体系,革新传统评价文化体系弊端;建立“文化—政策执行”链,完善教育评价改革运行机制;勾勒新文化身份边界,重塑多元评价的社会认同。总之,要平衡文化的内容属性与工具属性,破除教育评价改革阻滞,深入推进教育评价改革。 The reform of educational evaluation in the new era is an internal driving force for the high-quality development of education in China,and an important measure to achieve educational modernization.Culture has a profound impact on educational evaluation,but official-centered culture and utilitarian culture have to some extent restrict and hinder the implementation process and effectiveness of educational evaluation reform.From the perspective of cultural governance,it can be seen that value contradictions exist among the related subjects of educational evaluation in the new era,which has resulted in the deviation in the implementation of educational evaluation policies,and worship of efficiency suppresses the educational equality,which has resulted in the deviation of student-centered educational evaluation.Currently,it is recommended to reconstruct the cultural system of education evaluation in the new era to reform the abuses of the traditional evaluation,establish a chain of“culture-policy execution”to improve the operating mechanism of education evaluation reform,and outline the boundaries of new cultural identity to reshape the social identity of subjects.In a word,it is necessary to balance the content and tool attributes of culture,break through the obstacles of education evaluation reform,and deepen the reform of educational evaluation.
