摘要
目前教师专业发展各个阶段存在的主要问题可以从内因和外因两个方面进行概括,内因方面表现为自主发展意识薄弱,专业知识与专业能力不足,科学研究欠缺,教学反思精神缺失;外因方面表现为团队合作资源匮乏,教育部门的培训与管理缺乏个性化。成长型思维能够充分驱动教师的内部动力,激发教师的内在潜能,调动教师专业发展的积极性,从而有效解决教师专业发展中的现实问题。成长型思维模式助力教师专业发展,内部因素驱动策略为:不断提高自主发展意识,持续学习专业知识,逐渐提高教学能力,不断加强实践和研究能力,深入开展评价反思;外部因素驱动策略为:全面推进团队合作,充分发挥教育行政部门的协调作用。
The current major problems existing in various stages of teachers’professional development can be classified into two aspects:internal and external factors.Internally,teachers display weak awareness of self-development,inadequate professional knowledge and abilities,and a lack of scientific research and teaching reflection.Externally,the resources for teamwork cooperation are rare and the training and management of educational departments is poor in personalization.Growth mindset can fully drive the inner force of teachers,stimulate their potentials and motivate their initiatives of professional development to effectively address the issues in teachers’professional development.The growth mindset is good for teachers’professional development.The strategies derived from internal factors include raising the awareness of continuous self-development,pursuing ongoing professional knowledge,gradually improving teaching abilities,advancing practice and research skills and carrying out the in-depth evaluation and reflection.The strategies stemming from external factors include:we should advance the comprehensive teamwork cooperation and put into full play the role of administrative departments of education in coordination.
