妊娠期糖尿病孕妇不同血糖指标异常与妊娠结局的关系

Relationship between abnormal blood glucose index and pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病孕妇不同血糖指标异常与妊娠结局的关系。方法选取26例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究组,同时选取来院体检血糖指标正常的26例孕妇作为对照组。对比两组妊娠结局,并分析其影响因素。结果两组胎膜早破、胎儿窘迫、胎儿过大、早产、剖宫产发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产后并发症发生率34.6%高于对照组的11.5%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.900,P<0.05)。经过Logistic多因素分析显示,血糖指标异常是影响妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论血糖指标异常会导致孕妇出现不良妊娠结局,增加分娩风险,应该对妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖变化加以重视,尽量控制血糖水平,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the relationship between different blood glucose abnormalities and pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 26 patients with gestational diabetes were selected as the study group,and 26 pregnant women with normal blood glucose index were selected as the control group.The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the incidence of premature rupture of membranes,fetal distress,fetal enlargement,premature delivery and cesarean section between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the study group was 34.6%higher than that in the control group(11.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.900,P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that abnormal blood glucose index was an important factor affecting the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal blood glucose index can lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women and increase the risk of childbirth.Attention should be paid to blood glucose changes in gestational diabetes patients,and the blood glucose level should be controlled as much as possible to improve pregnancy outcomes.
