经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗妇科良性疾病的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery on gynecological benign diseases

目的研究经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗妇科良性疾病的临床价值。方法选取30例妇科良性疾病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组15例。对照组患者采用传统的治疗方式,试验组患者采用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者满意度100%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前,两组雌二醇、卵泡刺激素及促黄体生成素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,试验组患者雌二醇水平低于对照组,卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,试验组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗妇科良性疾病效果显著,能够降低手术后疼痛、创伤,经自然脐部切口达到美容,提高患者的术后生活质量,具备临床推广价值。

Objective To study the clinical value of transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery for gynecological benign diseases.Methods 30 patients with gynecological benign diseases were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received traditional treatment,and the experimental group received transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of experimental group was 100%higher than that of control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the estradiol level of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in life quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the life quality score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic surgery has remarkable effects in the treatment of benign gynecological diseases,which can reduce postoperative pain and trauma,achieve beauty through natural umbilical incision,improve the postoperative quality of life of patients,and have clinical promotion value.
