宫腔镜冷刀技术的临床应用研究进展

子宫良性病变是妇科常见疾病,对女性健康造成严重危害。宫腔镜在临床上的普及与应用,较好的改善了子宫病变对患者的影响。宫腔镜冷刀技术是治疗子宫良性病变的有效术式,其综合“宫腔镜”“冷刀”“微创”等技术,具有操作简单、安全性高、治疗时间短等特点,在子宫肌瘤、子宫息肉、子宫纵隔等疾病治疗中得到充分发展。故本文从宫腔镜冷刀技术治疗现状、疾病治疗进展等方面进行分析,为患者选择最佳的治疗方法提供有效参考。

Benign uterine lesions are common gynecological diseases,which have caused serious harm to women's health.The popularization and application of hysteroscopy in clinical practice has better improved the influence of uterine diseases on patients.Hysteroscopic cold knife technique is an effective method for the treatment of benign uterine lesions.It combines"hysteroscopy""cold knife""minimally invasive"and other techniques,and has the characteristics of simple operation,high safety,short treatment time,and has been fully developed in the treatment of uterine fibroids,uterine polyps,uterine mediastinum and other diseases.Therefore,this article analyzes the current situation of hysteroscopic cold knife treatment and the progress of disease treatment,so as to provide effective reference for patients to choose the best treatment method.
