黄体酮联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕疗效及对患者卵巢功能的影响

Clinical efficacy of progesterone combined with compound Xuanju capsule for the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and its influence on ovarian function

目的分析黄体酮联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕疗效及对患者卵巢功能的影响。方法选取86例多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组43例。对照组采用黄体酮胶囊治疗,研究组采用黄体酮联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、妊娠情况及不良反应发生情况,以及治疗前后卵巢体积、卵巢数目、血清性激素水平。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率95.35%明显高于对照组的74.42%,妊娠率74.42%明显高于对照组的46.51%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者卵巢体积、卵巢数目、血清雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平均优于治疗前,且研究组卵巢体积、卵巢数目、E_(2)、FSH、P、LH水平明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄体酮联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕的疗效显著,可以有效改善患者的各项性激素水平,缩小卵巢体积,提高卵巢功能,同时安全性较高,有利于提升临床妊娠率,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of progesterone combined with compound Xuanju capsule for the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and its influence on ovarian function.Methods 86 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as research objects,they were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone capsules,the research group was treated with progesterone combined with compound Xuanju capsule.The therapeutic effect,pregnancy status,occurrence of adverse reactions,ovarian volume,ovarian number,and serum sex hormone levels before and after treatment between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 74.42%of the control group,and the pregnancy rate was 74.42%,which was significantly higher than 46.51%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ovarian volume,ovarian number,serum estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone(P),and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels in both groups of patients were better than before treatment,and the ovarian volume,ovarian number,E_(2),FSH,P,LH levels in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of progesterone and compound Xuanju capsules has a significant therapeutic effect on infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.It can effectively improve the levels of various sexual hormones in patients,reduce ovarian volume,improve ovarian function,and have high safety.It is beneficial for improving clinical pregnancy rate and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
