间苯三酚联合米索前列醇在绝经后女性取环术中的临床应用效果观察

Clinical effect of phloroglucinol combined with misoprostol in postmenopausal women undergoing annular surgery

目的探讨间苯三酚联合米索前列醇在绝经后女性取环术中的干预作用。方法选取78例行宫内节育器取出术的绝经后女性,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组39例。对照组予以米索前列醇单药处理,治疗组予以间苯三酚联合米索前列醇处理。对比两组患者宫颈软化程度、取环效果及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组宫颈软化率为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组一次性取环成功率高于对照组,取环时长短于对照组,总出血量少于对照组,术中疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者宫颈损伤发生率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合米索前列醇在绝经后女性取环中可进一步促进宫颈软化,提高一次性取环成功率,且损伤小、并发症少,值得大力推广。

Objective To investigate the intervention effect of phloroglucinol combined with misoprostol in postmenopausal women undergoing annular surgery.Methods 78 postmenopausal women who underwent IUD removal were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with misoprostol monotherapy,and the treatment group was treated with phloroglucinol combined with misoprostol.The degree of cervical malacia,the effect of ring extraction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of cervical sofening in the treatment group was 94.87%,higher than that in the control group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time ring removal in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the duration of ring removal was shorter than that in the control group,the total blood loss was lower than that in the control group,and the intraoperative pain score was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the incidence of cervical injury between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Phloroglu combined with misoprostol can further promote cervical softening and improve the success rate of one-time ring extraction in postmenopausal women,and it is worth promoting vigorously.
