复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床治疗方案及效果研究

Clinical treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis and its effect

目的研究复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者的临床治疗方案及疗效。方法选取92例复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组46例。对照组采用克霉唑治疗,研究组采用氟康唑+克霉唑治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组外阴红肿瘙痒、尿频尿痛、白带异常持续时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、症状评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组PSQI、症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组3个月内复发率(8.70%)显著低于对照组(34.78%)(P<0.05)。结论对复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者采取氟康唑联合克霉唑治疗更有利于缩短病程,有效改善症状,全面提高疗效,并降低复发率,且不会增加不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candida disease and its effect.Methods 92 patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candida were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole,while the study group was treated with fluconazole+clotrimazole.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The duration of vulvar swelling and pruritus,frequent urination and pain,and abnormal leucorrhea in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PSQI and symptom score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate within 3 months in the study group(8.70%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(34.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluconazole combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candida patients is more beneficial to shorten the course of the disease,effectively improve symptoms,improve the overall efficacy,and reduce the recurrence rate,and will not increase adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
