TCT与HPV联合检查在宫颈癌早期筛查中的应用价值研究

Study on the application value of TCT+HPV in early screening of cervical cancer

目的探究液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)联合检查在宫颈癌早期筛查中的临床应用价值。方法选取80例接受宫颈癌早期筛查的女性,均接受TCT、HPV检查,并以阴道镜下病理活检结果为宫颈癌判断依据,比较TCT、HPV单一检查与联合检查诊断宫颈癌的符合率。结果80例接受宫颈癌早期筛查的女性,经阴道镜病理活检检出宫颈癌79例。以阴道镜下病理活检结果为宫颈癌判断依据,TCT单一检查诊断宫颈癌的符合率为81.01%,HPV单一检查诊断宫颈癌的符合率为87.34%,TCT与HPV联合检查诊断宫颈癌的符合率为98.73%。TCT与HPV联合检查诊断宫颈癌的符合率均高于TCT、HPV单一检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TCT单一检查诊断宫颈癌的符合率与HPV单一检查比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床早期筛查宫颈癌的过程中,联合应用TCT与HPV检查技术的价值更为突出,可显著提高诊断符合率。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of thin-prep cytology test(TCT)combined with human papilloma virus(HPV)in the early screening of cervical cancer.Methods 80 women who received early screening of cervical cancer were selected,and all of them received TCT and HPV examination.The results of pathological biopsy under colposcopy were used as the basis for cervical cancer diagnosis.The coincidence rate of single examination and combined examination of TCT and HPV was compared.Results In 80 cases of early screening of cervical cancer,79 cases of cervical cancer were detected by colposcopic biopsy.Based on the results of pathological biopsy under colposcopy,the coincidence rate of diagnosis of cervical cancer by single examination of TCT was 81.01%,the coincidence rate of diagnosis of cervical cancer by single examination of HPV was 87.34%,the coincidence rate of diagnosis of cervical cancer by combined examination of TCT and HPV was 98.73%.The coincidence rate of combined examination of TCT and HPV in diagnosis of cervical cancer was higher than that of single examination of TCT and HPV,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the coincidence rate between single examination of TCT and single examination of HPV in diagnosis of cervical cancer(P>0.05).Conclusion In the process of early clinical screening for cervical cancer,the value of the combined application of TCT and HPV examination technology is more prominent,which can significantly improve the diagnostic coincidence rate.
