腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术围手术期实施临床护理路径的效果评价

Evaluation of clinical nursing pathway during perioperative period of laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术围手术期实施临床护理路径的价值。方法选择150例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术围手术期患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组75例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行临床路径护理。比较两组下床活动时间、住院时间、健康知识知晓率、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)及护理满意度评分。结果与对照组(89.33%)比较,观察组健康知识知晓率(98.67%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组下床活动及住院时间短,ESCA评分及护理满意度评分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术围手术期患者实施临床护理路径效果明显,值得应用。

Objective To explore the value of perioperative clinical nursing pathway during laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 150 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy during perioperative period were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received clinical route nursing.The time of getting out of bed,hospital stay,health knowledge awareness rate,self-care ability scale(ESCA)and nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(89.33%),the awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group(98.67%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group got out of bed and stayed in hospital shorter,ESCA score and nursing satisfaction score higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionLaparoscopic myomectomy patients in perioperative period of clinical nursing path is effective,worthy of application.
