宫腔球囊填塞治疗产后出血的护理配合研究

Study on nursing cooperation in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with intrauterine balloon tamponade

目的研究宫腔球囊填塞治疗产后出血的护理措施及效果。方法选取102例接受宫腔球囊填塞治疗的产后出血产妇,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组51例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组产妇产后2h出血量、产后24h总出血量及输血量均少于对照组,止血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为1.96%(1/51),低于对照组的13.73%(7/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔球囊填塞治疗联合综合护理可以有效控制产后出血量,降低不良事件发生率,对护理满意度的提升有促进作用,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the nursing measures and effects of intrauterine balloon tamponade on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 102 patients with postpartum hemorrhage who received uterine balloon packing were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results 2 h postpartum blood loss,24 h postpartum total blood loss and blood transfusion in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the time of hemostasis was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 1.96%(1/51),lower than that in the control group 13.73%(7/51),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Maternal total satisfaction in observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of intrauterine balloon tamponade and comprehensive nursing can effectively control the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
