酵母铬-维生素C-益母草复合剂对热应激蛋鸡的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究不同添加水平的酵母铬与VC-益母草合剂对热应激下海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及激素的影响,将40周龄海兰褐蛋鸡405只随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复27只。试验Ⅰ组为高温对照组,饲喂基础日粮;试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+300mg/kgVC+1.0%益母草;试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组在试验Ⅱ组的基础上分别添加0.8、1.6、3.2mg/kg酵母铬。试验期49d,其中预试验7d。结果表明:日粮中添加1.6mg/kg酵母铬和300mg/kgVC+1.0%益母草,热应激蛋鸡的采食量、料蛋比较对照组分别提高了21.1%(P<0.01)和13.8%(P<0.05),产蛋率较对照组少下降5.81%(P<0.01);有效改善了蛋品质,提高了蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度及哈氏单位,蛋黄颜色比对照组提高了1.11(P<0.05);血清中T4浓度比对照组提高了62.3%(P<0.01),皮质酮含量比对照组减少34.5%(P<0.01)。可见,添加酵母铬-VC-益母草复合剂能有效缓解热应激对海兰褐蛋鸡带来的负面影响,综合考虑添加水平为1.6 mg/kg酵母铬配伍300mg/kgVC+1%益母草效果最佳。 In order to study the effects of different levels of yeast chromium and vitamin C-motherwort mixture on the production performance,egg quality and hormones of Hyline brown hens under heat stress,a total of 405 Hyland brown hens aged 40 weeks were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 27 in each.The test group I was a control group under high temperature and fed with a basic diet.The test groupⅡwas fed a basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg VC and 1.0%motherwort.Test groups III,IV,and V were added with 0.8 mg/kg,1.6 mg/kg,and 3.2 mg/kg of yeast chromium,respectively,on the basis of test group II.This experiment lasted for 49 days,including 7-day adaptation.The results showed that supplementation of 1.6 mg/kg yeast chromium and 300 mg/kg VC and 1.0%motherwort in the diet can help improve the production performance of laying hens under heat stress,among them,feed intake and the ratio of feed to eggs increased by 21.1%(P<0.01)and 13.8%(P<0.05)compared with the control group,effectively alleviating the decline rate in egg production with a decrease of 5.81%compared with the control group(P<0.01).It effectively improved egg quality,increased egg shell strength,egg shell thickness,and Hastelloy units,and the color of egg yolk increased by 1.11 compared with the control group(P<0.05).The concentration of T 4 in serum increased,which was 62.3%higher than the control group(P<0.01).The content of cortisol in the serum reduced,34.5%lower than the control group(P<0.01).It is concluded that yeast chromium-vitamin C-motherwort complex can effectively relieve the negative effects of heat stress on Hailan brown layer chickens,and the optimum amount is 1.6 mg/kg yeast chromium supplementation plus 300 mg/kg VC+1%motherwort.
