摘要
为了探明黑水虻幼虫对不同碳氮比鸡粪的生物转化效果开展模拟转化试验。将玉米粉按照0%、5%、10%、15%的比例添加至鸡粪与菌渣混和(1∶1,w/w)的底料中调节混合物的C/N为10.30、11.52、12.67、13.81(设为CK、T05、T10、T15组),接入4日龄黑水虻幼虫,14d后测定黑水虻生物转化效率及虫粪腐熟情况。结果表明:T05处理组黑水虻对鸡粪菌渣混合物的降解速率最快(P<0.05),且黑水虻虫体粗蛋白含量显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05);T15处理组黑水虻幼虫产量最大,平均日增长速率和虫体粗脂肪含量显著高于其他处理(P<0.05)。另一方面,添加玉米粉能显著提高黑水虻虫粪有机肥的腐熟程度(P<0.05),虫粪有机肥的类腐殖质荧光强度(Fmax)随着碳氮比的升高而增大;T15处理组黑水虻虫粪类腐殖质荧光强度(Fmax)显著高于T05处理组(P<0.05),与T10处理组差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过添加玉米粉调节鸡粪混合底料初始C/N,可以定向调控黑水虻对鸡粪的转化效果,为促进生产中黑水虻-废弃物转化系统高效运转提供数据支撑。
A simulated cultivation experiment was carried out to explore the effect of different C/N on black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens)bio-transforming chicken manure.Four treatments were designed in the experiment,different percentages(0,5%,10%,and 15%)of cornmeal were supplemented to the substrate blended with mushroom dregs and chicken manure(1:1,w/w)to regulate C/N of mixtures(10.30,11.52,12.67,13.81),which were set as CK,T05,T10,and T15 groups.14 days after the mixture was mingled with the 4-day-old larvae of black soldier fly,the biotransformation efficiency and frass decomposition status were measured.Results showed that the black soldier fly in T05 group degraded the mixture fastest(P<0.05),and the crude protein content of larvae body was significantly higher than in other treatments(P<0.05).The larvae production in 15%group was the highest,the average daily weight growth rate and content of crude fat were significantly higher than in other treatments(P<0.05).On the other hand,adding cornmeal can significantly improve the compost maturity of organic fertilizer(P<0.05),and the maximum fluorescence intensity(Fmax)of humic-like components in frass organic fertilizer rose with C/N(P<0.05).The Fmax of T15 group was remarkably higher than that in T05 group,and differed insignificantly with that of T10 group.In conclusion,adding cornmeal to adjust the initial C/N of chicken manure mixture can directionally adjust the the transformation efficiency of black soldier fly to chicken manure.This study provides data support for promoting the efficient operation of black soldier fly-waste conversion system in production.
