数字经济对区域创业质量的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Digital Economy on the Quality of Regional Entrepreneurship

数字经济引领经济新发展格局,为创业经济的高质量发展创造全新契机。首先探讨数字经济影响区域创业质量的理论机制;然后基于2011—2020年中国省级面板数据,从创业经济效益和技术创新水平两个主要维度构建区域创业质量指标体系,以检验数字经济对区域创业质量的影响效应,以及市场化程度对于两者间关系的调节效应。结果表明,数字经济能够通过促进创业经济收益和技术创新水平等两个维度正向提升区域创业质量;市场化程度在数字经济与区域创业质量间具有显著的正向调节作用。因此在大力发展数字经济和创业经济的同时,应注重优化市场化环境,缩小地区数字鸿沟,促进数字经济和创业经济的高质量发展。

The digital economy leads a new pattern of economic development and creates new opportunities for the high-quality development of the entrepreneurial economy.Firstly,this paper explores the theoretical mechanism by which the digital economy affects the quality of regional entrepreneurship.Then,based on China's provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,it constructs a regional entrepreneurship quality indicator system from two main dimensions,namely,entrepreneurial economic efficiency and technological innovation level,to test the impact of the digital economy on the quality of regional entrepreneurship and the moderating effect of the degree of marketization on the relationship between the two factors.The ultimate results indicate the following points.The digital economy can positively improve the quality of regional entrepreneurship through two dimensions:promoting entrepreneurial economic benefits and technological innovation levels.The degree of marketization has a significant positive moderating effect between the digital economy and the quality of regional entrepreneurship.While vigorously developing the digital economy and entrepreneurial economy,attention should be paid to optimizing the market-oriented environment,narrowing the regional digital gap,and promoting high-quality development of the digital economy and entrepreneurial economy.
