基于区块链技术的期刊同行评议模式探索

摘要 同行评议是期刊论文出版过程中的关键部分,对期刊的质量和可信度有重要影响。传统的期刊同行评议过程存在专家匹配度低、溯源难、奖励缺失等问题。区块链作为一项具有去中心化、可溯源、不可篡改、开放性等特点的新兴技术,可为解决目前同行评议中存在的这些问题提供新思路。因此针对目前同行评议系统中存在的问题构建基于区块链的评审系统构架,以期推进传统期刊同行评议向更高效、更科学的方向发展。 Peer review is a key part in the publishing process of journal papers,which has an important impact on the quality and credibility of journals.The traditional peer review process of journals still has some problems,such as low matching of experts,difficulty in tracing the source,and lack of rewards.As an emerging technology with the characteristics of decentralization and traceability,blockchain can provide reference for solving these problems in current peer review.Aiming at the problems existing in the current peer review system,this paper proposes a blockchainbased review system architecture as a solution to make the traditional journal peer review more efficient and scientific.
