针刺治疗偏头痛的知识图谱可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Knowledge Mapping of Acupuncture Treatment for Migraine

目的 系统分析针刺治疗偏头痛的研究现状、热点和发展趋势。方法 检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库自建库至2022年5月18日针刺治疗偏头痛的文献,利用CiteSpace软件对年发文量、作者、机构、关键词进行科学计量和可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献1 108篇,涉及320位作者,447家机构,307个关键词。其中以王麟鹏、常小荣等为代表的核心作者98位;发文量最多的机构为成都中医药大学;偏头痛、针刺疗法、临床疗效观察是排名前3的高频关键词;近几年研究的突现词有5-羟色胺、随机对照试验等。少阳经穴和局部选穴是偏头痛治疗的热点针灸处方。5-羟色胺、P物质、内皮素、功能磁共振成像等是作用机制研究热点。结论 针刺治疗偏头痛研究领域文献发文量总体呈上升态势,但各学者、各机构间的交流合作不紧密,高产作者以学术继承为主。随机对照试验是未来针刺治疗偏头痛临床研究设计的热点和趋势。

Objective To systematically analyze the research status,research hotspots and development trend of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine.Methods The literatures on acupuncture treatment of migraine were retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases up to May 18,2022,and CiteSpace software was used for scientific measurement and visualization analysis of annual publication volume authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 1108 articles involving 320 authors,447 institutions and 307 key words were included.Among them,there were 98 core authors represented by Wang Linpeng and Chang Xiaorong.Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the institution with the largest number of publications.Migraine,acupuncture therapy and clinical efficacy observation were the top three high-frequency keywords,and the burst words studied in recent years included 5-HT and randomized controlled trials.Shaoyang meridian points and local point selection were the hot acupuncture prescriptions for migraine treatment.5-HT,substance P,endothelin,functional magnetic resonance imaging were hot research on the mechanism of action.Conclusion The amount of literature published in the field of acupuncture treatment of migraine is generally on the rise,but the exchanges and cooperation between scholars and institutions are not close,and the high-yield authors mainly rely on academic inheritance.Randomized controlled trial is the hot spot and trend of clinical research and design of acupuncture treatment of migraine in the future.
