摘要 据国际铝业协会(IAI)报告称,2022年8月全球铝原产量达到588.8万吨,同比增加3.49%。而我国统计局数据显示我国8月份电解铝产量为351万吨,同比增长9.6%,也就是说全球铝产量中59.6%产自中国,全球率产量的增长也主要由中国所贡献。此外,我国1~8月累计出口未锻压铝及铝材470.10万吨,同比增长31.5%。显然,我国当前已成为铝材出口大国。面对日趋复杂多变的国际形势,以及如此高的产量和巨大的国际需求量,如何提升降本增效的力度,成为我国铝业面临的挑战。本文结合工作与研究经验,以铝电解过程为基础进行阳极压降的可行性分析,并提出部分改善措施,供广大同仁参考借鉴,共同促进我国铝业健康发展。 According to the report of the International Aluminum Association(IAI),the global aluminum production will reach 5.888 million tons in August 2022,an increase of 3.49%year on year.According to the data of the National Bureau of Statistics,China's electrolytic aluminum output in August was 3.51 million tons,a year-on-year growth of 9.6%,which means that 59.6%of the global aluminum output was produced in China,and the growth of global aluminum output was mainly contributed by China.In addition,China exported 4701000 tons of unwrought aluminum and aluminum products from January to August,up 31.5%year on year.Obviously,China has become a major exporter of aluminum products.In the face of the increasingly complex and volatile international situation,as well as such high output and huge international demand,how to improve cost reduction and efficiency has become a challenge for China's aluminum industry.Based on the work and research experience,this paper analyzes the feasibility of anode voltage drop on the basis of aluminum electrolysis process,and puts forward some improvement measures for the reference of the majority of colleagues,so as to jointly promote the healthy development of China's aluminum industry.
