摘要
本文结合某电解厂铝电解生产的实际情况,对电解槽角部伸腿肥大现象及产生原因进行分析,结合实际生产提出了预防及处理伸腿肥大的方法,阐述了角部伸腿肥大的技术措施和操作规范,为提高电解槽稳定性、有效提升电流效率、减小职工劳动强度、显著提高经济效益,提供了实践支持。
Based on the actual situation of aluminum electrolytic production in an electrolytic plant,this paper analyzes the phenomenon and causes of the hypertrophy of the corner leg of the electrolytic cell,puts forward the methods to prevent and treat the hypertrophy of the corner leg,and expounds the technical measures and operation specifications.In order to improve the stability of the electrolytic cell,effectively improve the current efficiency,reduce the labor intensity of the staff and significantly improve the economic benefits,Practical support is provided.
