摘要
在理论和实践的结合下,作者根据德国工业4.0的标准提出选矿工业4.0的设想:即选矿工业1.0是以选矿工业检测设备为代表,选矿工业2.0的标志性特征为由中心控制室集中控制指挥的检测仪表集中控制系统,选矿工业3.0将其进一步升级为生产过程中的大数据专家智能系统为代表的工艺流程模式,选矿工业4.0的核心为将一次检测仪表中心(中央)控制室系统和大数据专家智能系统连接形成一体化的选矿信息化与智能化系统。
With the combination of theory and years of practice,the author proposed an attempted design of Industry 4.0 in the field of mineral processing according to the definitions and classification of German’s Industry 4.0.The author classified mineral processing Industry 1.0 as the mastering of industrial testing instruments;mineral processing Industry 2.0 as the mastering of a centralized control system that coordinate all testing instruments;mineral processing Industry 3.0 as the mastering of a big data expert system to help the production process,and finally the mineral processing Industry 4.0 as the integration of the centralized testing instrument control with the big data expert system to form an Intelligent control system based on real-time information obtained from different monitoring instruments.
