侧吹炉处理含锑物料回收有价金属新工艺研究

摘要 含锑物料来源于湖南某厂侧吹炉处理铅阳极泥过程中产出的渣,是提炼有价金属Pb、Sb及贵金属Ag的主要原料。对侧吹炉处理含锑物料回收有价金属进行了试验研究,主要研究了粒煤用量、纯碱用量、炉顶温度及沉淀时间对有价金属Pb、Sb及Ag回收率的影响。研究结果表明:粒煤用量8%,纯碱用量6%,沉淀时间2h,炉顶温度800℃,有价金属回收效果最为理想。铅锑合金中Pb品位达到20.36%,富集了2.4倍,Sb品位达到56.84%,富集了2.17倍,Ag品位达到2.23%,富集了2.69倍。 The antimony-containing material comes from the slag produced in the process of treating lead anode slime in the side-blowing furnace of a factory in Hunan.It is the main raw material for refining valuable metals Pb,Sb and precious metals Ag.An experimental study was conducted on the recovery of valuable metals from materials containing antimony in the side-blowing furnace.The effects of the amount of granular coal,the amount of soda ash,the top temperature of the furnace and the precipitation time on the recovery rate of valuable metals Pb,Sb and Ag were studied.The results of the study show that:the amount of granular coal is 8%,the amount of soda ash is 6%,the precipitation time is 2h,and the top temperature of the furnace is 800℃,the recovery effect of valuable metals is the most ideal.In the lead-antimony alloy,the Pb grade reached 20.36%,which was 2.4 times enriched,the Sb grade reached 56.84%,which was 2.17 times enriched,and the Ag grade reached 2.23%,which was 2.69 times enriched.
