TC4钛合金型材矫直工艺及性能研究

摘要 钛合金型材作为一种结构件,现逐渐应用于国防工业与装备制造领域,因此钛合金型材的成形生产加工需要进行深入的加工工艺研究。本文主要研究了热冲压TC4钛合金型材的矫直参数改变对型材的尺寸精度和组织性能的影响情况,结果表明:矫直温度对冲压钛合金型材的尺寸及力学性能影响最为显著,矫直伸长主要对型材尺寸精度有明显影响,当矫直温度为700℃时,型材性能均达到标准值要求,矫直伸长为25mm时,型材弯曲度最小为1.1mm,扭拧度最小为0.4mm;矫直参数对材料的显微组织无明显影响,金相组织均为双态等轴组织,无明显组织改变;型材出现强度过大塑性较差的现象是由于型材矫直冷却定型过程中出现了矫直内应力及表面氧化硬化,可通过去应力退火方式改善型材性能。 As a kind of structural parts,titanium alloy profiles are gradually applied in the field of national defense industry and equipment manufacturing.In this paper,the effects of straightening parameters on the dimensional accuracy and microstructure and mechanical properties of hot-stamping TC4 titanium alloy profiles are studied,the results show that the straightening temperature has the most obvious influence on the dimension and mechanical properties of the pressed titanium alloy profiles,and the straightening elongation has the most obvious influence on the dimensional accuracy of the profiles,when the straightening elongation is 25mm,the minimum bending degree is 1.1 mm and the minimum twisting degree is 0.4 mm.The straightening parameters have no obvious influence on the microstructure of the material,the tensile strength of the profiles is too high and the plasticity is poor because the internal stress and the surface oxidation and hardening occur during the process of the profiles'straightening and cooling,the properties of profiles can be improved by stress relief annealing.
