ZJ988与Lix984萃取铜性能的对比研究

摘要 ZJ988和Lix984在标准性能条件下,两者萃取铜的能力基本上一致,其中ZJ988的有效含量略高于Lix984。稳定性试验研究中,ZJ988的水解稳定性略弱于Lix984,但抗氧化稳定性明显优于Lix984,将两种萃取剂混合后在降解性能方面两种萃取剂得到了互补水解降解能力和抗氧化能够显著得到了提升。工业试验研究表明,在工业试验过程中,通过对比在不同的工艺参数和不同的料液条件下,ZJ988的萃取性能与Lix984基本上一致。通过对比ZJ988和Lix984混合后的萃取性能可以看出,在试验中两种萃取剂按照不同比例混合后萃取性能较好,不存在排异现象。 Under standard performance conditions,ZJ988 and Lix984 have basically the same ability to extract copper,and the effective content of ZJ988 is slightly higher than that of Lix984.In the stability test,the hydrolytic stability of ZJ988 is slightly weaker than that of Lix984,but the antioxidant stability is significantly better than that of Lix984.After mixing the two extractants,the complementary hydrolytic interpretation ability and antioxidant ability of the two extractants have been significantly improved in terms of interpretation performance.The industrial test research shows that the extraction performance of ZJ988 is basically consistent with that of Lix984 through comparison under different process parameters and different feed liquid conditions during the industrial test.By comparing the extraction performance of ZJ988 and Lix984 after mixing,it can be seen that the extraction performance of the two extractants after mixing in different proportions is better in the test,and there is no exclusion phenomenon.
