摘要
新的电镀用硫酸铜方法发布后,开展其不确定评定对正确掌握新方法测定的准确度有着重要的意义。依据HG/T 3592-2020中各步骤检测的要求,介绍了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定电镀用硫酸铜铁的检测流程,系统的从样品的称量、均匀性及溶解处理、定容及容量瓶固有允差和仪器测定的允差范围分析检测过程中各种不确定度引入来源,计算各种不确定度分量并且将其合成,从而得出了用此方法测定电镀用硫酸铜中铁的合成标准的不确定度及扩展不确定度。
After the release of the new copper sulfate method for electroplating,conducting uncertainty assessment is of great significance for correctly grasping the accuracy of the new method's determination.According to the requirements of each step of detection in HG/T 3592-2020,the detection process for the determination of copper and iron sulfate for electroplating by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is introduced.The system analyzes the source of various uncertainties in the detection process from the weighing,uniformity,dissolution treatment,constant volume,inherent tolerance of volumetric flask and tolerance range of instrument measurement,calculates various uncertainty components and synthesizes them,Thus,the uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of the synthesis standard for determining iron in copper sulfate for electroplating using this method were obtained.
