ICP-ASE法测定氢氧化镁中多种杂质元素含量 被引量:1

摘要 研究了同时测定氢氧化镁中铝(Al)、钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)、砷(As)、钾(K)、铅(Pb)及硅(Si)元素含量。建立了以标准加入法消除基体干扰,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)仪测定溶液中待测元素的方法,选定的各元素分析光谱曲线为As189.0、Al394.4、Ca393.3、Fe259.9、K766.4、Pb283.3、Si251.6,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪设置参数为RF功率1350 W;等离子气流量15.0L/min;雾化器气流量0.75L/min;辅助气流量1.0L/min;泵速75r/min。试验结果证明,加标回收率为95.8%~109.5%,相对标准偏差小于5.7%,7种元素检测限在0.000014%~0.0044%之间,该方法解决了企业对大批量氢氧化镁产品快速分析铝、钙、铁等7种杂质元素含量的检测需求。 The simultaneous determination of Al、Ca、Fe、As、K、Pb、Si in Mg(OH)_(2) was studied.The method using ICP-AES instrument measuring the concentration of impure elements that the matrix interference can be eliminated by standard addition was established.The spectral curve of each element was selected for As189.0,Al394.4,Ca393.3,Fe259.9,K766.4,Pb283.3,Si251.6.The parameters of ICP-AES instrument was the power 1350 W,the plasma gas flow rate 15L/min,auxiliary gas flow rate 1L/min and the pump speed 75r/min.The results show that the determination of the Sample recovery is 95.8%~109.5%.The relative standard deviations were lower than 5.70%,and the detection limits of these traces impure elements were in the range of 0.000014%to 0.0044%.The method solved the test requirements of rapid analysis of impure elements in the large quantities of magnesium hydroxide samples of the finished product in enterprises.
