高校综合性学报的特色化转型与高质量发展路径研究——基于2012-2021年《西南大学学报(自然科学版)》发文及引证数据

Research on the Characteristic Transformation and High Quality Development Path of Comprehensive Journals in Universities——Based on the Papers and Citation Data of Journal of Southwest University(Natural Science Edition)from 2012 to 2021

为探索高校综合性学报的特色化转型和高质量发展路径,本研究以《西南大学学报(自然科学版)》为例,统计了该刊2012-2021年的发文、学科分布、栏目设置情况以及基于中国科学技术信息研究所2013-2022年中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)中的相关引证数据,结合该刊实际分析了近10年该刊的发展状况.研究结果发现:①2012-2021年《西南大学学报(自然科学版)》发文量稳中有降,校内稿件占比略高,基金论文以国家级为主体.②发表的论文以数学学科占比最高,但呈现逐年下降的趋势;农业与生命科学栏目相关学科的论文比例逐年提升,专题稿件贡献明显,但不同专题效果差异较大;办刊有一定的特色,但特色不够鲜明.③期刊论文被引和来源指标整体较好,稳中有进,呈现出较好的发展势头,在综合大学学报类别中的总体评价优异.结合研究结果提出3点发展建议:①坚持学科聚焦性和开放性统一,不断增强期刊学术活力;②坚持栏目稳定性和发展性统一,不断培育期刊学术魅力;③坚持选题的专业性和创新性统一,不断厚植期刊学术动力.

To explore the characteristic transformation and high-quality development path of comprehensive journals in universities,this study takes the Journal of Southwest University(Natural Science Edition)as an example to statistically analyze the published papers,discipline distribution,and column setting of the journal from 2012 to 2021,as well as the relevant citation data based on the citation report(core version)of Chinese scientific and technological journals from 2013 to 2022 by Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China,and summarizes the development status of the journal in the past 10 years based on its actual situation.The research results show that:①From 2012 to 2021,the number of papers published in the Journal of Southwest University(Natural Science Edition)remained stable and slightly decreased,with a slightly higher proportion of internal articles.Publications of funded research were mainly supported by the national funds.②The highest proportion of published papers was the in the field of mathematics,but it showed a trend of decreasing year by year.The proportion of papers related to agriculture and life sciences has been increasing year by year.The contribution of thematic manuscripts was significant,but there were significant differences in the effectiveness of different topics.The journal demonstrated certain characteristics,but the characteristics were not very distinctive.The overall citation and source indicators of journal papers were good,steady and progressive,showing a good development momentum,and the overall evaluation was excellent in the category of comprehensive university published journals.Based on the research results,three development suggestions are proposed:①Adhere to the unity of disciplinary focus and openness,and continuously enhance the academic vitality of the journal.②Adhere to the unity of column stability and development,and continuously cultivate the academic charm of the journal.③Adhere to the unity of professional and innovation in the selection of topic,and continuously culture the academic motivation of the journal.
