乡村振兴背景下黑龙江省农村产业融合问题研究

Study on Rural Industrial Integration in Heilongjiang in the Context of Rural Revitalization

乡村全面振兴是中国式现代化的重要组成部分,要实现乡村全面振兴必须走农村产业融合发展之路。文章在梳理国内外农村产业融合相关文献的基础上厘清农村产业融合的内涵与发展模式,并据此分析了黑龙江省农村产业融合发展优势与制约因素。目前黑龙江农村产业融合拥有优越的融合条件,有4种主要的融合模式,融合主体也比较丰富,但也存在着内外融合发展动力欠缺、融合主体弱小且联结不紧密、整体融合水平不高等制约因素。并根据优势及制约因素提出相关的发展对策:注重科技与金融以提高融合动力,提升融合主体能力并强化利益联结,立足资源禀赋发挥比较优势。

Overall rural revitalization is an important part of Chinese-style modernization.The development of rural industrial integration is a crucial step in achieving the overall rural revitalization.This paper clarified the connotation and development mode of rural industrial integration on the basis of combing domestic and foreign literature on rural industry integration,as well as analyzed the advantages and constraints of rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang.Currently,the rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang had excellent integration conditions with four main integration mode and rich integration subjects.However,there were also barriers to the development of rural industrial integration,including the lack of internal and external integration development motivation,weak integration subjects and loose connections,and low overall integration levels.Based on the advantages and constraints,the paper proposed pertinent development strategies,that is,concentrating on technology and finance to increase the integration motivation,strengthen the capacity of the integration entities and the ties between the various interests,and leverage comparative advantages based on resource endowments,in order to provide suggestions for integrated development of rural industries.
