番茄产业发展现状与内蒙古巴彦淖尔市番茄产业发展建议

Development Status and Development Proposals for Tomato Industry in Bayannur,Inner Mogolia

番茄“亦果亦蔬”,因其较高的营养价值和良好的口感而深受世界各国人民的喜爱,在全球广泛种植。近10年,全球番茄生产持续增加,番茄种植面积不断增大,番茄贸易呈现增强态势。中国是世界上番茄种植面积和产量最大的生产国,其中新疆、内蒙古是世界三大番茄主产区之一,巴彦淖尔市是内蒙古自治区第二大番茄生产区及最大的加工型番茄种植区。近年来,巴彦淖尔市番茄产业稳步发展,番茄产业将在农业生产中占据越来越重要的地位。

Tomatoes can be both fruit or vegetables.Due to the great nutritional content and flavor,they were widely farmed over the world.In the recent decade,the global tomato production had risen steadily,tomato cultivation areas kept expanding and tomato trade kept increasing as well.China is the world’s largest tomato producer in terms of planting space and productivity,with Xinjiang-Inner Mongolia area being one of the world’s top three tomato-growing regions.Bayannur City is the second-largest tomato producing area and biggest processing tomato planting area in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The tomato industry in Bayannur City grown steadily in recent years and will continue to play a significant role in the local agricultural industry.This paper analyzed the current situation and trend of tomato industry development in the world,China,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Bayannur,as well as the difficulties and problems arisen in the growth of tomato industry in Bayannur City,in order to explore better and innovative proposals for the future development of the tomato industry in Bayannur.
