Measurement and Analysis of Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity from 2010 to 2020 in Yunnan Province

摘要 本文研究了云南省16个市州的农业绿色全要素生产率及其内部结构,旨在探究云南省农业绿色发展的现状,并且为云南省农业高质量发展提供有益参考。通过SBM-GML指数模型,从碳汇和碳排放双重视角,针对2010—2020年云南省下属的16个市州进行了农业绿色全要素生产率及其构成项的测算和分析,从计算结果来看:(1)云南省的农业绿色全要素生产率呈现出波动上升的趋势,而这一趋势的主要驱动因素是技术进步;(2)云南省的农业全要素生产率年均增长率为2.8%,年平均值为1.0899;(3)云南省16个市州的农业绿色全要素生产率存在明显的区域差异,农业绿色全要素生产率增长最快的市州位于滇中北,其次为滇东北。进一步提升云南省农业绿色全要素生产率,关键在于提高技术效率。 This paper studied the agricultural green total factor productivity and its internal structure of 16 cities and prefectures in Yunnan Province,aiming to understand the current situation of agricultural green development in Yunnan Province and provide references for the high-quality agricultural development in Yunnan Province.Using the SBM-GML index model,the agricultural green total factor productivity and its components of 16 cities and prefectures in Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2020 were measured and analyzed from the dual perspectives of carbon sink and carbon emission.The results showed:(1)The overall trend of agricultural green total factor productivity in Yunnan Province was fluctuating and increasing,mainly due to technological progress;(2)The average annual growth rate of agricultural total factor productivity in Yunnan Province was 2.8%,and the annual average value was 1.0899;(3)There were obvious regional differences in agricultural green total factor productivity of the 16 cities and prefectures in Yunnan Province,with the cities and prefectures in central and northern Yunnan having the fastest growth in agricultural green total factor productivity,followed by northeastern Yunnan.In conclusion,the key to further improve agricultural green total factor productivity in Yunnan Province was to improve technical efficiency.
