幼儿家长眼中的“好老师”——基于NVivo的质性分析

"Good Teacher"in the eyes of children's parents--Qality analysis based on NVivo

关注幼儿家长对“好老师”的有效诉求,能够为幼儿教师高质量的培养提供启示.采用质性研究方法对幼儿家长开展问卷调查和半结构化访谈,运用NVivo11软件对研究资料进行编码分析,结果发现幼儿家长眼中的“好老师”特点是:敬业公正,有爱心;温和耐心,形象好;一专多能,善沟通;知识渊博,理念佳;持证上岗,口碑好.总体而言,师德与品性是幼儿家长对好老师的首要的共性利益诉求,专业和口碑是次要的个性利益诉求.建议理性看待幼儿家长眼中的“好老师”,积极回应幼儿家长对“好老师”的合理诉求.

Paying attention to the parents'efective demands for"good teachers"can provide enlightenment for the high-quality training of preschool teachers.Qualitative rescarch methods were used to conduct a quecstionnaire survey and semi-structured interview with parents of young children,and NVivoll software was used to encode and analyze the rescarch data。the results show that the characteristics of good teachers"in the eyes of parents are:dedication,justice,and love;gentle and pa-tient,good image;Have a variety of professional ability,good communication;knowledgeable.good concept;post with certifi-cate.good reputation.In general,"teacher ethics"and"trait"are the primary common interest appeals of parents for good teachers,while"professionalism"and"public praise"are the secondary individual interest appeals.It is suggested to rationally treat the"good teacher"in the eyes of children's parents,and positively respond to the reasonable demands of children's parents for"good teacher".
