社会支持视域下乡村小学教师教育情怀提升路径研究

The way to cultivate primary school teachers sentiment for rural education from the perspective of social support

摘要 部分乡村小学教师扎根乡村教育意识较淡薄,关爱乡村儿童成长较缺乏,教师职业使命感较薄弱以及自我价值感较低.因此,社会应从制度层面为教师乡村教育情怀的培育提供保障,从文化层面为教师乡村教育情怀的厚植提供支撑,从环境层面为教师乡村教育情怀的扎根提供条件. Some rural primary school teachers have weak awareness of taking root in rural education,they also lack the awareness of caring for the growth of rural children,have a weak sense of professional mission and a low sense of self-worth.Based on the above,society should aiming at rural primary school teachers,this study provides guarantee for the cultivation of rural education sentiment from the institutional level and provides support for the cultivation of rural education felings from the cultural level,it also provides conditions for rural education feelings to take root from the environmental level.
