新冠疫情常态化防控期间某三甲医院本科护生心理健康状况调查

Investigation on the mental health status of undergraduate nursing students in a tertiary level hospital during the normalization prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic

目的了解新冠疫情常态化防控期间三甲医院本科护生的心理健康状况,为开展心理健康教育提供参考。方法选取2021年5月-2022年3月某地级市三甲综合医院实习的本科护生91名,以问卷星形式调查本科护生的基本情况、症状自评量表(SCL-90量表)得分、压力源情况,了解本科护生的心理健康状况并分析影响因素。结果收回有效问卷86份。SCL-90量表评估中,新冠疫情常态化防控期间本科护生的常模低于全国大学生常模和疫情期间北京部分高校的常模,其中30(34.88%)的本科护生SCL-90量表结果为阳性。压力源调查发现,是否担心有传染的风险、是否担心家人健康状况、是否担心毕业考试、论文发表能顺利通过、是否担心临床工作量增加、是否对就业意向有影响5个方面,正常组和阳性组具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。影响因素分析得出,是否担心有传染的风险、是否担心毕业考试、论文发表能顺利通过、是否担心临床工作量增加3个方面与SCL-90量表的阳性结果相关联(P<0.05)。结论新冠疫情常态化防控期间,某三甲医院本科护生总体心理健康水平良好,对部分本科护生心理健康状况有影响。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of undergraduate nursing students'mental health status in a tertiary level hospital during the normalization prevention and control of the COVID-19,and to provide data support for undergraduate nursing students'mental health education.Method From May 2021 to March 2022,91 undergraduate nursing students in a prefecture level city's third class gener-al hospital were selected to investigate their basic information,score of Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),and stressors in the form of questionnaire stars,so as to understand their mental health and analyze the in-fluencing factors.Results 86 valid questionnaires were collected.In the evaluation of the SCL-90 scale,the norm of undergraduate nursing students during the normalization prevention and control of the COV-ID-19 was lower than that of the national college students and some universities in Beijing during the epi-demic,of which 34.88%were positive.The investigation of stressors found that there was a statistical dif-ference between the normal group and the positive group in terms of whether they were worried about the risk of infection,whether they were worried about the health of their families,whether they were worried about the graduation examination,whether they could successfully pass the paper publication,whether they were worried about the increase of clinical workload,and whether they had an impact on employment intention(P<0.001).The analysis of influencing factors showed that whether to worry about the risk of in-fection,whether to worry about the graduation examination,whether to be able to successfully pass the pa-per publication,and whether to worry about the increase of clinical workload were related to the positive results of the SCL-90 scale(P<0.05).Conclusion During the normalization prevention and control of CO-VID-19 epidemic,the overall mental health level of undergraduate nursing students in a tertiary A hospi-tal was good,which had an impact on the mental health of some undergraduate nursing students.
