Universities are the main place for academic research,and scientific research activities occupy an important position in the work of universities.In order to guarantee the high quality of scientific research work,it is necessary to continuously improve the effectiveness of scientific research management.Refined management provides a path to optimize the management mode of scientific research projects.This paper focuses on the refined management of scientific research projects in applied technology undergraduate institutions,and analyzes the strategies and ways to carry out refined scientific research management on the basis of its main management contents.
