摘要
管理学课程教学团队根据传统教学存在的五大问题:课堂沉闷、学生被动接受、课程重理论轻应用、学生学习投入低、课堂思政僵硬,依据OBE理念和以学生为中心教学思想,设置了基于“三环节”安排下的“三四三”教学模式,及基于TBL翻转课堂的“五维一体”教学方法和全过程的教学考核,在教学模式、教学内容、教学活动、教学组织、教学方法和教学评价方面进行了创新。教学效果显著提升,学生能力和素质得以培养;教学团队根据新的教学方案对有可能存在的问题进行了持续改善。
According to five problems in the traditional teaching:the classroom is dull;the students are passively accepted;the curriculum focuses on theory rather than application;the students have low investment in learning;and the classroom ideology and politics are rigid,based on the OBE concept and the student-centered teaching idea,the“three-four-three”teaching mode based on the“three links”arrangement is set up,and the“five dimensions in one”teaching method based on TBL flipped classroom and the teaching assessment of the whole process are set up by the management course teaching team,which is innovative in teaching mode,teaching content,teaching activities,teaching organization,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.The teaching effect has been significantly improved,and the ability and quality of students have been cultivated.The teaching team made continuous improvement according to the possible problems in the new teaching program.
