内蒙古大乌淀晶质石墨矿床矿石特征

Ore Characteristics of Inner Mongolia Dawudian Crystalline Graphite Deposit

这是一篇工艺矿物学领域的论文。大乌淀晶质石墨矿床位于狼山—白云鄂博裂谷带内,是特大型石墨矿。为了深入了解矿床矿石及脉石矿物特征,本文通过X射线衍射分析、岩矿鉴定、光谱半定量分析等现代分析测试方法,对大乌淀晶质石墨矿床进行了系统的矿石特征研究。测试结果显示:(1)矿石有用矿物为石墨,脉石矿物主要有石英、长石、白云母、红柱石、黄铁矿等。(2)矿石石墨片径最大粒径2.5~3 mm,最小的为0.001 mm,多集中在0.01~0.05 mm之间,属细小鳞片状微晶石墨矿石。(3)矿石主要有益元素固定碳品位变化范围在2.50%~11.18%,一般在3.00%~7.00%,平均品位4.15%,有害组分含量为0.16%~4.23%,P_(2)O_(5)含量为0.05%~0.79%,Fe_(2)O_(3)含量为3.89%~10.38%,杂质矿物主要是硅质矿物、粘土矿物等。(4)矿石除石墨外无其他综合利用价值矿物。

This is a paper in the field of process mineralogy.Dawudian crystalline graphite deposit is a extra large graphite deposit which located in the Langshan Mountain lying in the Bayan obo rift zone.To get some insight into the characteristics of Dawudian crystalline graphite deposit ore and its gangue minerals,this paper systematically studies the ore characteristics of Dawudian crystalline graphite deposit.Some modern analysis and testing methods were used.Such as X-ray diffraction analysis,rock ore identification,spectral semi quantitative analysis.The results show that:(1)The useful mineral of the ore is graphite,and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz,feldspar,muscovite,andalusite,pyrite,etc.(2)The maximum particle size of ore graphite flake is 2.5~3 mm,and the minimum is 0.001 mm,which is mostly concentrated between 0.01~0.05 mm.It is a fine flake microcrystalline graphite ore.(3)The fixed carbon grade of the main beneficial elements of the ore varies from 2.50%to 11.18%,generally from 3.00%to 7.00%,the average grade is 4.15%,the content of harmful components is 0.16%~4.23%,the content of P_(2)O_(5)is 0.05%~0.79%,and the content of Fe_(2)O_(3)is 3.89%~10.38%.The impurity minerals are mainly siliceous minerals and clay minerals.(4)The ore has no other comprehensive utilization value mineral except graphite.
