面向企业舆情风险预警的弱信号应用模式构建研究

Research on the Weak Signal Application Model for Enterprise Public Opinion Risk Warning

[研究目的]新媒体时代背景下,企业舆情风险事前防范研究具有重大理论价值和实践意义,而弱信号是一种对未来变化的提前感知,因此,该文拟导入弱信号,构建其在企业舆情风险预警中的应用模式。[研究方法]依据5W原则并基于弱信号和企业舆情风险相关概念,从来源、时段、本质、意义及监测人五方面对企业舆情风险弱信号进行定义。进而结合现有弱信号应用模式研究和企业舆情风险管理流程,以最小化企业损失为目标,尝试构建面向企业舆情风险预警的弱信号应用模式。[研究结论]弱信号应用模式主要由数据收集、数据处理和数据解析三个层面所构成,且企业舆情风险弱信号搜集、企业舆情风险弱信号评估及企业舆情风险弱信号分析为各层面的核心步骤。该模式的构建不仅扩展了弱信号的理论内容,更有助于企业舆情风险事前预警工作的展开。

[Research purpose]Under the background of the new media era,the research on the prevention of enterprise public opinion risk in advance has great theoretical value and practical significance,and the weak signal is a kind of advance perception of future changes.Therefore,this paper intends to introduce the weak signal and build its application model in the enterprise public opinion risk early warning.[Research method]According to the 5W principle and the related concepts of weak signal and enterprise public opinion risk,the weak signal of enterprise public opinion risk is defined from five aspects:source,time period,essence,significance and monitor.Furthermore,combined with the existing research on weak signal application mode and the process of enterprise public opinion risk management,the paper tries to construct a weak signal application mode for enterprise public opinion risk early warning with the goal of minimizing enterprise losses.[Research conclusion]According to the research,the weak signal application model is mainly composed of three levels:data collection,data processing and data analysis,and the weak signal collection of enterprise public opinion risk,weak signal assessment of enterprise public opinion risk and weak signal analysis of enterprise public opinion risk are the core steps of each level.The construction of this model not only expands the theoretical content of weak signal,but also contributes to the advance warning of enterprise public opinion risk.
