摘要
以吉林省白山市板庙子金矿原生贫硫化物型金矿石为研究对象,在炭浸工艺中采用新型环保无毒“DBH”药剂为浸金剂,在最佳工艺条件下,取得了87.98%的金浸出率,接近传统氰化浸金工艺的浸出率。可见“DBH”浸金剂在炭浸工艺中替代氰化钠浸出该矿石中金矿物是可行的。本次研究工作取得成果对该矿无毒浸金及矿山绿色转型发展提供了重要参考。
In this paper,the authors taking the primary poor sulfide type gold ore of Banmiaozi gold mine in Baishan City,Jilin Province as the research object,a new environmental friendly and non-toxic“DBH”reagent was used as the gold leaching agent in the carbon leaching process.Under the optimal conditions,the gold leaching rate was 87.98%,which was close to that of the traditional cyanide leaching process.It can be seen that“DBH”gold leaching agent is feasible to replace sodium cyanide in carbon leaching process to leach gold minerals in the ore.The results of this study provide an important reference for the non-toxic gold leaching and green transformation development of the mine.
