The introduction of the Regulations on the Administration of Credit Reporting Industry responds to the legislative needs in the rapid development process of credit reporting industry and opens a new chapter of the rule of law in credit reporting.The Regulations on the Administration of Credit Reporting Industry establishes a highly systematic and unified credit reporting system,promotes the standardized development of market-oriented credit reporting mechanism,clarifies the legal status and operation mechanism of public credit reporting institutions,contributes to the legislative scheme for the protection of personal information,and makes an important contribution to the promotion of the process of the rule of law in credit reporting.In order to respond to the rapid development of our economy and society and the rapid change of credit reporting business,we should continue to promote the legislation of high-quality credit reporting in the future to consolidate the legal foundation of high-quality development of credit reporting industry.
