陕西省数字金融、高技术产业聚集与经济高质量增长--基于中介效应模型

Shaanxi Province′s Digital Finance,High-Tech Industry Agglomeration and High-Quality Economic Growth--Based on the Mediating Effect Model

随着我国经济增长目标的转变,数字金融的重要性日益凸显,合理利用数字金融将有助于经济高质量增长的实现。选取近十年陕西省十个地市级区域面板数据测度经济高质量增长水平,得出以下结论:陕西省数字金融对经济高质量增长具有正向作用,数字金融能够驱动高技术产业聚集并加强正向作用。分区域来看,关中地区与非关中地区的数字金融均对经济高质量增长产生积极影响,但前者高技术产业集聚中介效应显著,后者高技术产业聚集中介效应不存在。各地政府部门应当加快完善数字金融体系,但对高技术产业集聚则应当实施区域差异化发展战略。

With the transformation of China′s economic growth goals,the importance of digital finance has become increasingly prominent.Rational use of digital finance will help achieve high-quality economic growth.This paper uses the intermediary effect model,selects the panel data of ten prefecture level regions in Shaanxi Province from 2011 to 2020,and on the basis of measuring the level of high-quality economic growth,draws the following conclusions:Shaanxi′s digital finance has a significant positive effect on high-quality economic growth,digital finance can drive the high-tech industry cluster,and strengthen the positive effect on high-quality economic development.From a regional perspective,digital finance in Guanzhong and non-Guanzhong regions has had a positive impact on high-quality economic growth.However,the intermediary effect of the former is significant,while that of the latter does not exist.Local government departments should speed up the improvement of the digital financial system,but should implement the regional differentiation development strategy for high-tech industrial clusters.
